Coaching with Nicole

Every coaching session is different as each person is unique and learns and responds in different ways. I see my coaching sessions as having a tool box and choosing which resources would best help that person move forward.
I share and teach techniques to create positive belief and mind set, develop confidence and create more calm and balance which include visualisations and mindfulness.

My aim is always that you leave with practical ideas as well as action steps that you can take away from the session to apply and practise to move forward with positive change,
For some people a one off session or longer breakthrough session works well and is all they need. Most people choose to have a package of 4 /6 sessions get on track and accountable.

  • Skype and face to face consultations single sessions from £60
  • Breakthrough half day ( usually face to face) POA

Some people find it more comfortable to talk about themselves whilst walking in nature and walking is a wonderful way to practise mindfulness and take time out in the countryside or by the sea. This can be a perfect way to reflect and redirect. Nicole offers this unique style of coaching from this year which includes learning some mindfulness techniques on route.
