I bring both my professional and personal experience of developing people to help you/your students create positive change and achieve success.
I have worked in Education for 20 years and in Personal Development for 18 years.
I have had extensive experience as a teacher before moving in to the field of coaching/training. My specialist interests have been in the area of Personal, Social and Emotional Education for staff and children.
As a certified NLP Trainer/Master Practitioner, Results Coach and Pos MAD Master Practitioner, I now work with staff and pupils offering a range of workshops and trainings to develop confidence, skills and improve communication and teams.
I also work as a Personal Coach working with individuals to improve their lives and achieve the results they want. I offer both face to face and telephone coaching.
In 2007 I set up `Empowered Futures’ Coaching and Training Consultancy with Gerri Bright and together we offer personal development day/weekend seminars nationally and abroad and bespoke training for businesses and organisations.
